Guest guest
Hi Amy--- I'm new to this list and just starting down the MGB road, but I wanted to take a second to tell you how much I enjoyed reading about your story and your post on the OnHealth site. Congratulations on making it to the other side! I too hope to get there someday soon! The people on this site are so wonderfully caring, supportive and open with sharing their stories----it's amazing to me how much we all have in common. I too was a swimmer when I was young (state and national champion!) and I was pretty thin until my college days when the weight started creeping up and up and up! Reading your story really touched my heart. Thank you for sharing! Thank you to all of you who post on this list as well. I'm still investigating and 'testing the water'-------but I hope to be 'in the swim' with all of you on the other side one day soon. From everything I have read so far, seems like the water is just fine-----a little wavy at first but gets better each day. You are all very special people, and the similarities in our stories makes meI feel as though I've known some of you for years-------I hope to get to meet you in person one day! Connie----Dallas, TX 36 yrs, 277, BMI 43 Learning to swim! > Thanks Judi! I'm glad you liked my info. I know Dr. R is going to be more > in demand than ever! I'm so happy I could introduce him and the wonderful > MGB to more people. > > Blessings > ~Amy. >
