Guest guest
I'm wondering if light exercise is a big key to controlling rosacea. Exercise as we know is proven to lower blood pressure, but hard exercise and sweat that comes with it is usually bad ( in my case and others I read about on forums ) I have recently committing myself to taking short to moderate walks 2-3 times a day ( at night when its cool, or in a building during daytime ) and it seems to really help. Is it safe to say that very light but consistent exercise can only help rosaceans? Anyone disagree? Maybe Nase should have included this in his book?
