How interesting that you should ask just now! I just went off this product

after 12 days of use. They tell you to give it 30 days to work, but I just

couldn't. I tried it twice a day on my chin (just a little, as they suggest)

and it turned redder and redder. Now, they say you may have some initial

increase in redness as the " toxins " leave your body, so I hung in there

another week. I got a little redder, but the worse part was when my chin

started to itch, then burn and broke out in big red bumps. I tried to stay

with it, thinking it might get better but by the twelth day my chin burned

and itched so bad I couldn't stand it and I figured it couldn't be good for

me. Three days later, it still itches a little and I'm hoping it goes back

to " normal " (for me) soon, and that I haven't made my chin (already the

reddest part of my face) worse forever.

Let me add, though, the mantra of our group: it may work for you. Different

things seem to work for different people.

Yep, the mantra is indeed true -- as I've had terrific success with the

Purple Emu products. Both the Redness & Blemish Control... and the more

intense formula, the straight Blemish Control. It did take me the full 30

days for the product to really benefit me... and I'm grateful that I hung in

there. I would say that 85% of my symptoms are reduced. I can go without

make-up and feel comfortable. That's a first for me in over 7 1/2 years.

Good luck to everyone is we all find what it is that works for each of us.

I'm still work on trying to find ways to eliminate that last 15%. :)

Cheers,
