Rob,

I had RK (radial keratotomy) about five years ago, because I was having a lot

of problems with my contacts. At that time I didn't know I had ocular

problems, other than eye dryness. It worked out well for me, although I do

have some fluctuation of vision.

Another thing you may want to try is using hot compresses. Take a clean wet

washcloth, place it in the microwave for about 15-20 seconds and place it

against your lids for five to ten minutes or so. After that I do some lid

massage to get the oil glands flowing and then use the eyelid cleanser.
