I just wanted to share something that has been helping me:

I had terrible dry skin a few weeks ago, and used Cortizone10 ointment on my

face, and had tremendous results. It has cleared up any bumps that were present

on my face, and my redness has nearly gone completely away. Even when I flush

from stress or the like, my face doesn't seem as red and it doesn't last as long

as usual. I've been applying it to my face every other night.

For anyone who is thinking of using Cotizone 10, the following quote

is from the Cortizone website:

" Do Cortizone products contain steroids?

Cortizone products contain an ingredient that is considered to be a

topical steroid. "

It is my understanding that topical steroids are normally not good

for long term use with respect to rosacea. Dr. Nase's book advises

stongly against the use of topical steroids. Any comments?
