Gluten in necc. med. - can I counteract it?

ph was just put on 6 week medication which has wheat gluten as an

ingredient. Is there anything I can do to counteract any possible

reactions while on it? We have no choice with this med and he can't take

the liquid (we tried). He hasn't had any gluten in 3 years and is having

some difficulties which I think might easiely be attributed to this med.
