Hi! Jenn from Vancouver, WA checking in again.

I just wanted to check in and let you know how the ball is rolling.

I got a call from my doctor's office. The secretary told me that my PCP has

dictated letters of recomendation to both my insurance and to Dr. Rutledge.

Those should be back from the transcriptionist at the end of the week.

(Hooray!)

I've ordered the medical records from my last hospital admission (Asthma

attack last February) and my last surgery. (foot surgery last December)

Those are about the only " significant medical records, " at this time. I

should have them in about a week.

My sleep study was moved up to July 18th, and my apointment to get my

history and physical done has been scheduled for July 13th. My bloodwork,

CBC and electrolytes, is done. I'll be getting the EKG and a pulmonary

functions test (I have a history of asthma.) at that appointment. I'm

almost there!

My GYN has sent a letter to the insurance along with chart notes, as well.

So offically I'm being referred by two doctors. Can't hurt! LOL All that

is left now is to, " hurry up and wait. " (for the insurance, that is... they

are waiting for my PCP's chart notes.)

I should be able to send in my packet shortly after the 13th... after I get

a copy of my Physical.
