bleaching cream,spf50 over and photoderm

I had very short consultation with an officer in Dr. Bitter

Sr's office. She said I need use bleaching cream two weeks before the

treatment and during the treatment as well. I worried about the

bleaching cream might be too irritant to my skin, is anybody has this

experience? She also said I need SPF50 or more during and before the

treatment, Is there anybody know a such SPF50 or more that is

physical sunscreen or target as rosacea people?

I also have a question for the down time for the photoderm treatment,

usually is it how long? I guess I 'd like something gentle, but

Dr. Bitter Sr. seemed to be quite outstanding, isn't it? I can

not find a very good vBeam person here. I have to say his officer was

not very nice.
