Hi Herbler, I've enjoyed reading your well-informed messages.

You mentioned Soy protein, and said that it contained essential fatty acids,

calcium, iron, vitamins etc. Now a pure protein would contain none of these

things, so I assume you're using some soybean derivative/extract which is

high in soy protein.

Can you identify what you are actually using? I'd like to look for it here

in Australia.

Beet sugar - what is different about this sugar compared to normal sugar?

Aren't they both just sucrose?
