question regarding type of pain

Hello,

I am writing to inquire about a peticular pain my mother has been having since

yesterday. She is a very slight woman at only about 84lbs. and has been having

really bad pains she decribes as similar to labor pains. Severe Cramping, back

pain... She has CP and is still under going tests. She is scheduled for a

colonoscopy next month. She has a lot of scar tissue on her intestines, stomach

and pancreas due to past surgeries.

Do these pains sound familiar to any of you or is she dealing with a totally

seperate issue?
