Guest guest
I am a 43 year old dentist. A life time of antibiotics, four courses of accutane and I still battle pustules on a daily basis. Not a day, or an event, in my life goes by that is not destroyed by my constant battle with sore red pustules on my face and my scalp. Accutane gives resmission for several months then they are back. I often must cancel trips, dinners, and even work from a severe pustule attack. They have been cultured and are " normal bacteria " . I have no answers anymore. I woke up this morning with three large, sore pustules on my upper lip. What do you do with that. Can't even cover them. Help!
Guest guest
Might i suggest a wellness program that just might heal your problem from the root cause. Start by eating a whole foods diet....beef, chicken, liver, fish, fish, fish...etc. veggies, fruits.....stop ALL processed foods...stay away from vegtable oils, margerine.. and sugar...limit your wheat and dairy intake. Make sure you are getting good fats in your diet....olive oil, butter, small amount of flax oil... fish oils , coconut oil.....these should be the only fats you should be eating. You need E.F.A's big time...(omega 3) ...take fish oil everyday and a tea spoon of cod liver oil everyday, this will provide you with omega 3 and NATURAL vit A. and vit D. You need SR also...(skilled relaxation).....30 min. a day..the more the better. get some relaxation cd's to help you. This will start you on the path of healing your body, mind and spirit. Alot more work then just popping a pill eh? but its the right way. Don't listen to the accutane pushers on this site....accutane is toxic. Visit this site for more help. http://askwaltstollmd.com/wwwboard/wwwboard.html GOOD LUCK. I am a 43 year old dentist.
