Hey Flo!! It's me! Sue from Maine!! I am 2 months post-op now! So far, I have

lost 29.5 pounds. I guess I am one of the slower losers, but a loser just the

same! LOL I will tell you what I ate today:

Breakfast - egg & cheese omelet made with 1 egg & 1 slice

American cheese. 2 oz. apple juice

Lunch - 1 slice of white bread with mustard & approx. 2

slices of shaved ham

Snack - I had a SMORE today!!! = 1 graham cracker, 1

marshmallow, & 4 squares of chocolate from a

Hersey Bar. (I made them for my 2 boys & their

friends they had over today & couldn't resist!)

Dinner - 3/4 c. cooked spaghetti with about 2 tbsp. sauce

and 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese. 4 oz. Rasp. Ice

Crystal Lite (I drank this about 10 min. after)

Snack - 3/4 c. sugar-free lemon jello

I guess this is " normal. " I have no clue what I am consuming in calories b/c Dr.

R told me not to obsess over it like I used to. I used to keep a food diary

(pre-op) for the past year. Hope this helps you out.
