Guest guest Posted November 19, 2002 Report Share Posted November 19, 2002 Well, the saga continues. Now I know how some of you parents feel when your child just doesn't seem to get well. 's cough has continued. He is on tobi twice a day and albuterol twice a day. Gets his nose wash once a day and thumped on once a day. None of this has helped the cough to subside. So I called his cf dr last night and they are going to start him on Zithromax and if by next monday he isn't better, they are either going to have him in for a visit or reccomend his sinuses be cleaned. If that happens, that will be the fourth time this year. The first three being a complete surgery and two irrigations within a month of eachother. He woke up this morning whiny and cranky and his face looked a little more swollen than usual. I HATE sinuses. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!! It just seems like no matter how hard we all fight to keep our children in perfect health, something always comes up. And for us it is usually around the holidays. I definitely don't feel like a failure, I just feel like I should be doing more. But I don't know what that more is. mom to 3wcf and Brenna 7wocf P.S. Hey n.
