Anyone else who can't use products with cetyl alcohol?

Hi

Just doing some research for a very mild gentle water based moisturizer which

has dimethiocone but no cetyl alcohol, which dr, nase advises against using.

ANyone else besides myself and Adam and what have you found. Thanks all
