I don't know if pancreatitis can be set off because of Lymes Disease, but I do know that treatment of Lymes disease is almost as complicated as pancreatitis. There are many steps to the treatment of Lymes that does include a highly medicated stage. Have you checked the medication taken for Lymes with known medications that trigger pancreatitis? If you want to email me personally with specific questions or what stage of Lymes disease I would be glad to do more research. My uncles has suffered from Lymes disease for many years and has had other problems; I would be glad to check with him if you need a personal experience answer.
