Guest guest Posted February 27, 2002 Report Share Posted February 27, 2002 , Go to a Dollar Store and buy Quilted Cosmetic Pads. Take the 's Baby Shampoo and put 1/2 bottle water and the other half shampoo. Shake well. Rinse your eye with cool water. Take one of the pads and wet it with cool water, then put some of the shampoo on it and gently wash your lids and on your bottom of your eyelid. Then rinse and rinse again with cool water.
