Guest guest
Sunflower We are going to Farmington, NM in March and I have not been able to find a place to stay under $125 per night with a stove and oven. I can find places with a microwave and refrigerator for a reseonable amount. I need suggestions for meals for my son. We have been on SCD for 4 wks and I have seen wonderful results and I have to stick with it. Please help. Pam Matt 3 ASD
Guest guest
You can make the beef crusted pizza ahead of time (recipe on pecanbread.com)--But instead of making the pizza flat, put it in muffin pans. That way, you can put the toppings in the middle and they won't fall out, making them travel-friendly and portable. You'll have a bunch of mini-pizzas you can store in the fridge and pop in the microwave (my son even eats them cold) You can also make pancakes ahead of time and freeze, then pop in microwave. Lots of fruits and veggies!! Good luck, Becky
Guest guest
Wow, That is a great idea. Thanks so much. He is doing so well. I am so excited about his progress that I refuse to turn back now. He is actully answering questions now and making facial expressions. I know my little boy was in there...I just had to get him out. Thanks again, Pam Matt 3 ASD Re: help with SCD on vacation > You can make the beef crusted pizza ahead of time (recipe on pecanbread.com)--But instead of making the pizza flat, put it in muffin pans.
