You could call them, they'd probably be able to connect you with other Kosher families, thwy are very helpful. I've been trying to find an e-mail list for kosher SCD-ing, though I haven't looked too hard, to be honest. If you find something let me know. My son is 13, with Crohn's, and having a very hard time with SCD though he understands the value of it, and sees it working. I just hope he can last the year, as he misses white flour so much.
