It smells horrid BUT we mixed it with the girls Trix pudding and they LOVED it. www.vistaphram.com I for the life of me don't remember the price comparison. We get samples from the cf clinic every time we go, lol. They have 2 flavors, vanilla and lemon. The girls prefer the vanilla. They have info on the studies they've done on people with digestive problems, alot of them gained a good about of weight. Maybe get the info and call your cf nutritionist and as them if they can get you a sample to try out before buying ALOT of this and finding out they won't eat/drink it.
