Guest guest
hi there, I have read dr. brownsteins book and found it quite good. She herself is a doctor who got rosacea a few years back. She did a huge amount of research into the subject to help herself. The book is a product of that. The book is divided into chapters on rosacea (facts and informative backgrounds) , treatment options, triggers, stress, make-up/laser, nutrition for skin, overall diet, physchology of face,,etc. Advice is given on different types of alternative therapies.. As a person who for years was looking for answers and guidance this was my saviour! It has plenty of statements and experiences of many rosacea sufferers along with great options and advice for all areas concerning rosacea. I would recommend it especially if your main source of information is from these pages and your attempts of handling your condition(both physical and mental) are uninformed and unhelpful. So go for it. You have plenty to gain! Cheers, Shanahan --- eluengo98 altazor99@...> wrote: > Have any of you read Dr. Brownstein's book? I so, > could you give us a > briefe commentary.
