Guest guest
My son has blister type bumps on the palms of his hands and bottoms of his feet. It is peeling and looks very similar to what I thought may be althetes foot, except that's it's all over his hands too. I think it is related to the following sequence: - 2 days before the Thanksgiving holiday he ran a fever 102-103. - Major sore throat/mouth pain after that - had problems eating. - Sore throat/mouth went away about 4 days later. During which time he developed a rash around is knees and elbows. Not a hive type rash but almost looked like chicken pox. I put coritzone on it - the rash scabbed over and then cleared up. - Last week I noticed his feet were peeling which like I said above I thought may be althetes foot - Earlier this week I noticed his hand peeeling with blister type bumps on his palms and fingers.... The peditrician is perplexed. She ordered blood work to check for vitamin deficiencies...Anything else I should ask the doc to check for. Thanks for your help.
