Contact www.applegatefarms.com. They have a tasty Turkey bacon (we are off pork)

without nitrates/nitrites.

When I last checked, their bacon had a small amount of evaporated cane syrup

that they said they were going to remove because they're aware of SCD.

At one time the moderators had a contact at applegate... Can you guys check on

this bacon thing?
