Guest guest
I haven't been contributing here in a while due to time constraints, but I have been reading posts from time to time. Regardless, I now have some questions I'd love your input on. Joy has what appears to be a yeast infection on her tongue, however it hasn't responded to typical medication (Nystatin) and the design on her tongue seems a bit atypical. Her tongue has a white coating on it looking like milk everywhere except the center -- towards the back there is a heart shaped rather red spot. Anyone seen anything like this? One of the other many concerns I have right now is her poop (ya gotta love these questions). Joy's poop is ALWAYS yellow and oftentimes it floats. She's maxed out on Creon for her weight, and she already uses Zantac to combat too much acid affecting the enzymes. Anyone have any advice on this? The doctors NEVER have any input on her yellow poop, but it seems rather strange to me -- after all, my poop is rarely yellow. I was wondering if maybe she needed some Lacto Bacillus and Acidophilus in large quantities or something. Someone suggested it may be due to dairy products, but even when we remove the abundance of dairy we give her, she still has yellow poop. Should I be concerned? All my other questions can wait for the doctors, but these two have been presented already to the docs and they have no successful input. Thanks for your help, Ann (mommy of Joy who will be three next month)
