Her work at Lutheran Family Services there focuses on the African immigrant and refugee communities. She hopes to find grant support of a community health worker (CHW) program to serve such immigrants and refugees, and requests help with two questions: (a) is anyone aware of successful CHW work among Africans in the US or other countries; and ( are there any specific foundations or government agencies (=funders) you believe might be good to approach with such a proposal?
