I can't tell you how relieved I felt to hear that Elaine's daughter suffered from somewhat similar symptoms. And if I understand correctly, she has completely recovered. Elaine's daughter suffered from terrible nightmares and I believe also hallucinated before starting SCD. Although not exactly what you are talking about I expect they are related.
