You are smart to try and make a list of questions before you go and to try and know what some of your treatment choices are. It is important that you remember that you are a primary member of the health care team that you will be needing to put together. Being diagnosed with Chronic Pancreatitis is a life altering diagnosis. Healing requires in a complete change in lifestyle, diet, exercise, thoughts, prayers, etc. Tell me a little more about your situation, symptoms. Is this your first attack? Do your know what caused it? Is this a follow up visit after being discharged from the hospital?
