Jane,

I am sure that I will probably not be of help to you because my attacks

happened in the middle of the night. I started throwing up and the pain was

so bad that I had to go right to the ER. I was put on IV and pain medecine

ut ended up with a pseudocyst. Others I am sure know more but I have had

three attacks all bad enough I had to go to the ER

I have been without food all day and able to drink water, but that is

all and the pain is mild on the left side, but I have something new

that I never had before, SWEATING.....I have been reading posts all day

about all the horror stories....I haven't read anything that someone tried

that helped while they were having an attack .... So, if there is anyone

there that has done anything that influenced ... the outcome in a positive

way ... Jane
