As to liquids I need someone to hold me accountable and yes YOUGURT is LIQUID in my book. Now are you going reg/or sugar free? I dont know if there are Smoothie Kings up here, but perhaps we can start a Smoothie Queen.:-D have a healthy recovery! But I am really going to try to stick with this for the two months. I think one of the main things I've heard from post-ops is that they wished they would have stayed on the liquids longer -- not just for the optimum weight loss -- but I also think it helps prevent " dumping " in the long run.
