Welcome back jenny,

It is not legal but nuggets can be made dredged in Parmesan Cheese (Italian and

home

grated)>

Not legal. They are starchy. Use butternut squah instead.

I read Breaking the

Re; side pork?

i just fried up 2 ounces of Prosciutto which was five paper thin slices. I

sprinkled it with

cloves and drizzled on a tiny bit of honey. It was so delicate and crisp and

nitrate free.

When i used the prosciutto without cooking it it was too salty and i didn't like

the taste,

but it is super used as bacon and produces no greasy drippings and of course has

no

nitrates. We learn something new every day. Thanks !
