Guest guest
Each time i introduce yogurt to my son, he has a reaction to it....i am unsure if i should be persevering, or backing off. I give him less than 1/8th of a teaspoon...a drop really, and within 2 days he is having explosive diarrhea and bad cramps. This is a kid who rarely has diarrhea, and has never complained of cramps before. He also seems to loose his appetite. He has no yeast overgrowth, or nut issues, and is otherwise doing so well, but i'm baffled when it comes to the yogurt. I make the almond or cashew yogurt, with the GI pro starter. My instinct this time is to persevere, but i'd really appreciate some of your insights first. This is the 4th time i've tried to introduce it. I was wondering if i should give acidophilus powder instead.....he used to get it regularily, before were we 100% SCD, but i have been unable to find one without bifidus. Can anyone suggest a brand found in the GTA?
