Guest guest
I am really concerned about WATER...the one good thing that came out of doing the Atkin's diet is that now I LOVE WATER...absolutely love it. Never would touch the stuff before except to bathe in it!! LOL I am really, really worried that I'm gonna be thirsty...and having to SIP SIP is gonna be harder I think than the Head Hunger for food! Can anyone relate...you know...you were a big water drinker before surgery (and by big water drinker, I mean I drink at least a gallon every day)...how has this been affected after surgery???? Thanks, Tricia in IL BTW, I just balled my eyes out when I read that post that Dr R. forwarded to the list about the gal who lost 155 lbs in a year...just totally touched my heart about how the surgery has changed her life. Read it to my hubby and got all choked up again. He says that is great, but now what...is she gonna keep wasting away to nothing?? So how do I respond to that?? [sorry, I seem to be a bit wordy today!!] furball2u@... wrote: > > > > How much water should postOps be drinking daily? > I'm not sure how much > water we should be drinking but I would think as much as possible. i > sip it along or nibble on ice.
