Guest guest
I have been suffering from rosacea for about 4 years now. This condition really put a strain on my life as I am only 21. I am on antibiotics and topical creams and am also undergoing laser treatment for the broken capillaries for my face. I've had 5 treatments and might require another 2 or so. Yet all these treatments didnt seem to help much until i started icing my face with icepacks. I use it whenever i feel that burning sensation in my face and start to heat up, I immediately apply an icepack in a thin towel onto my face and it calms down. Mind you have about 10 icepacks in the fridge on standby, hence as time goes by I need the icepacks less and less and for the last couple of months I have flushed up at all. Its helped me so much and it feels good to know that I can cool down real quickly. Also for the ladies suffering from rosacea and wear makeup: Do you eber apply makeup when you're all red and swollen looking? Then the makeup doesnt do much as it actually looks like your face is trying to swallow your makeup? I had this problem and found great relief in icing my face before I applied the makeup.
