Limit bread to buckwheat e.. Use sesame seeds liberally as a garnish f.. juicer arrived! start juicing apple, beet, carrot parsley g.. purchase kosher eggs h.. start growing sprouts i.. switch to sea salt as a trial j.. don't need to take gotu kola but use it topically I love sprouts and since i was getting so down homey i decided to grow my own. Minimal effort was required and they were so beautiful growing on my kitchen counter. The first batch was ready in five days and they were tastier than any other sprouts i had ever had. I tossed them on salads, sandwiches, soups and avocado dip. Sprouts supply vitamins A, B-complex, C, E and K. Sprouts provide chlorophyll which soothes inflammation and detoxifies. I decided to limit my bread to buckwheat as it is very low in gluten, has a stabilizing effect on the blood sugar, high in rutin, and protects vitamin C in the body. Rutin contributes to vascular stability in the form of strengthening capillary walls thus assisting in the prevention of spider veins. Sesame seeds are incomplete proteins. They contain calcium, inositol and choline (which assist in lecithin formation and liver function), iron and also vitamin E which helps stabilize capillary walls, helps reduce scarring, reduces the body's need for oxygen, strengthens the heart and other muscles, aids glandular function and much more. I chose kosher eggs because i have a problem with fertilized eggs (a personal thing). I ate an egg two to three times a week for the B vitamins, iron and protein. I also ran out of salt so replaced it with sea salt. I liked sea salt and found that my ankles didn't swell when i ate sea salt like they did when eating NaCl. I am told it probably is because it has more salts in it than just NaCl (i don't know for sure). I chose apple, beet, carrot and parsley for the reasons listed on the food facts post. I liked the fact that i could juice raw food which i was eating more of. These raw fresh juices were loaded with enzymes for digestion. I decided to stop taking gotu kola as my diet included so many different wonderful foods that assissted with vascular wall stability/capillary fragility. I continued to use gotu kola topically to prevent scarring and with a chronic skin disruption i felt it prudent. My face still felt cool. My neck and face had peiods of being only pink as opposed to beet red. But the red times still outnumbered the pink. The pustules were now localized around my neck and jaw line. I decided to keep on as i noticed improvement.
