Hi

I have a newbie question. If something is illegal but doesn't cause me any

problems, is then okay to use? Like STevia for instance. Doesn't seem to

bother me.

I know that we want to stay away from the biggies like grain, soy, starch, but

wondering about other things. Because I know the converse to be true for me.

Like carbohydrated drinks and garlic kill my gut. so though they are legal, i

wont' use them.

So, as in the Big s discussion, even we don't know what's in the " spices "

if a product looks fairly legal (i.e., no sugar, grain, soy etc) but has

spices, but doesn't bother our tummies then would it be okay for us to eat this

product? Or are we trying hard to eliminate all items that are known to

interfere with the healing of the gut?
