Guest guest
Greetings all Oilers, , This is what I have on your request, I hope it helps God Bless: Rosita O'Neill No one is too big or too insignificant to be overlooked by God and his angels. Believe this. - Barbara Mark and Trudy Griswold, " The Angelspeake Storybook ------------------------- " I have found it!!! " I have suffered from a skin disease called cea for about 10 years. My dermatologist has had me on a topical steroid and 3 different antibiotics over that time period. They have no " cure " for it and they don't know exactly what causes it, but they think it might be connected to hormones. Anyway, I have tried many of the oils in hopes that I could find something that would help it, but to no avail. I even spent the money and contacted Dr. DeMarco in Canada and we agreed that I was doing everything possible with my diet and the oils. Recently, Young Living came out with a new product called Prenolon, product code #3731. I thought I would give it a try, because I had read so many positive things about it. As soon as I received it, I put it on my face, it's a cream, the next day my face was clear. You have never seen my face when it is real bad, but let me tell you, this is a GODSEND!!!! I have been using it every day since, and my face looks better than I can ever remember it being with out taking some kind of drug. It is actually softer and smoother than ever. My husband was even excited about it because he knows how I have struggled with this. Other things I experienced after applying the Prenolon, was a calming effect and a clearer mental state. I just had to share this with you, as I am NO longer timid about telling anyone about these products! Prenolone has changed my life. Cris Belleville, Il. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ and Kari The cream you want is the Pro Essence (Prenolon) cream. Rosecea is caused by a hormone imbalance, and the pregnenolone gives the body the hormone it needs to get things balanced. It works for anything. This cream is a must for your medicine cabinet. It helps the body to do all the functions it does-which relies on hormones for communication-and when our body isn't producing the hormones because of interference of chemicals in our vital organs, the Pronolon Cream (or the ProMist Spray) puts the master hormone into your bloodstream directly, without having to metabolize it. It seems to help with PMS and menstral cramps. It seemed to stop the muscle tension in my neck. I keep my jar in my purse! Any questions? Love to help.... Sally Sharing the Wellness ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ From a book on Oregano Oil: " cea is a bizarre type of skin rash that occures primarily on the face. specifically on and around the nose. The illness affects the sebaccous glands, which become red, inflamed and infected. For years medical professionals have maintained that there is no cause nor cure for rosecea. However new evidence it to the contrary. Infection seems to be the likely culprit. According to Dr. Mark Dahl, chairman of the dept. of dermatology Univ. of Minnesota medical school, the lesions of virtually all rosecea patients are infected by parasites. The parasite is a kind of mite called DEMODEX, which is known to infect the sebaceous ducts and hair folicles. Other research points to internal infections. Helicobacter pylori, a bacteria which infects the inner lining of the stomach, may also be a factor. Apparently the organism secretes a toxin which causes the pattern of inflamation and redness typically assocuated with rosacea. According to the research, when the organism is destroyed by antibiotics, the rosacea also disappeares. (However, antibiotics encourage fungal growth in the system) Oil of Oregano kills mites. Plus it reduces the inflamation and swelling associated with skin infections. Seems the ideal remedy for the condition. " Treatment protocol in book which I have altered in wording, not in content.(Margarete) I would apply oil of Oregano directly to the involved area once or twice daily. I would dilute the oil with V-6 or some other organic vegetable oil, since Oregano is very hot. I would also drink water or tomato juice with one or 2 drops of Oregano oil, 2 or 3 times a day. (It is pretty hot stuff and if any irritation would show up, I'd discontinue for a couple of days and then start up with a more diluted version.). --- End forwarded message ---
Guest guest
I have included excerpts from the referenced post: " I have suffered from a skin disease called cea for about 10 years... They have no `cure' for it and they don't know exactly what causes it, but they think it might be connected to hormones... " ME: Who, pray tell, are " They? " Connected to hormones? Every case of cea? Well, I can only assume that " They " know what " they " 're talking about! " They " strike me as being so gosh darned smart and credible! " ...From a book on Oregano Oil: 'cea is a bizarre type of skin rash that occures primarily on the face. specifically on and around the nose. The illness affects the sebaccous glands, which become red, inflamed and infected.' " ME: Really? I could swear that in my case it has been my facial blood vessels that have been affected. I don't hear a peep from my sebaceous glands. " ...'For years medical professionals have maintained that there is no cause nor cure for rosecea. However new evidence is to the contrary. Infection seems to be the likely culprit.' " ME: Don't you absolutely hate it when those pesky medical professionals think they actually know something? You would think that with all those years of schooling they could have figured out that it was infection that was the culprit. Thank you, Oh Great Wise Author of Oregano Oil Book! " ...According to Dr. Mark Dahl, chairman of the dept.of dermatology Univ. of Minnesota medical school, the lesions of virtually all rosecea patients are infected by parasites. The parasite is a kind of mite called DEMODEX, which is known to infect the sebaceous ducts and hair folicles. Other research points to internal infections. Helicobacter pylori, a bacteria which infects the inner lining of the stomach, may also be a factor... " ME: Oh, goody! My favorites are back - mites and bacteria! Gee, now that I know the real baddies, I can go back to hot facial washings and fireplace worship! Seriously, this posting is filled with the same old regurgitated crap that we old-timers to this board have read before. And reducing cea to a " bizarre type of skin rash " really sticks in my craw. The author of the book on oregano oil won't be profiting from my disease. I'm so disgusted that I just might avoid oregano altogether. No offense to the poster, but any newcomers reading the referenced post should take it with a grain of salt… or a pinch of oregano… you get my drift. Dr. Nase and Matija need to drag this oregano author behind a building and stuff his cake hole with handfuls of oregano until he cries like a little baby. Yeah, and make Dr. Dahl watch, to put the fear of the cea Gods in him. Respectfully, Jillian
