Jody,

Thanks for replying, sometimes I feel so alone.

SCD and an MD meeting with ex is in the medical records, that's what we're

going to have to subpeona the records.

I could send food , he'd have to pay me or he can get from DW... but one of

the real problems is that when he has the kids, he leaves them with incompetent

or poorly trained respite workers/babysitters... ex has sodas availiable and the

workers don't stop Toren...ex to lazy and disrecpectful to 'Toren-proof' his

home.

Do you think I should still make the effort?... I think the diet is still

doing some good.

Extremely frustrating, I need prayer and DIVINE INTERVENTION!!!!

Do you have the support of a DAN! doctor that can submit a letter to

the court stating the your child needs to be on SCD for medical reasons?

If you do, that will go a long way in helping. Going against a

doctor's recommendation would not look good in the eyes of the court.

If it's mostly for convenience (rather than spite) that he is doing

this, what about just sending your child's food for the entirety of

the time of the father's visitation?

I know it would be a real pain for you. But if you offer this when

you go to court, it would show that it IS possible for the child to

remain on the diet without inconveniencing your ex.
