Guest guest
I agree with Marjorie. When I say my doctor said to get some sun...he didn't mean to go get a sunburn...but i do lay out for about 30 minutes on saturdays and Sundays.... I don't burn easily and so I know I could stay out for hours and not burn. If you saw the color of my skin, you'd understand. For most females, it takes all summer to get to the color that my skin is year round. My father is the same way. But don't say that any doctor who says sun is good for rosacea isn't right. I know what works for me. It's the only thing besides metrogel that works on the bumps on my face, in fact in the summer, I don't even have to use medicine. Another thing, burning in the sun is bad, but a little sun doesn't hurt you. We get Vitamin D naturally from the sun. Jaala
