I just spoke with a friend who knows a man, who had arthritis and rosacea to

name a few ailments.. he was in his 40's and had quite a time with all this

stuff.. anyway.. he heard about an endocrinologist who believes that many of

our ailments are caused by diet and hormonal imbalances.. he went to him and

was put on treatment, which included testosterone supplementation, and a

grain free, sugar free diet (argggghhhh!).

But here is the interesting part.. this man's arthritis went away! So did his

rosacea!

I wish I knew more about his total treatment so I could share it.. I will try

to find out more sometime in the near future and if there is anything else I

can tell you I will.

I have gone to this doctor myself, my muscle spasm which remained in the same

place for 5 years.. has finally released itself after a few days on one of

hte supplements.. and it seems that my skin is improving as well.. I was put

on progesterone capsules( a time release kind that is absorbed from the small

intestine so it passes the liver and goes directly to blood), Armour Thyroid,

cortisol for the adrenal glands, B-12 etc. He generally treats you for yeast

as well.. but I have had trouble doing the diet part of this plan.. but am

still seeing improvement.

My neighbor went to this Dr. Hoetze as well, and she said she feels the best

she has in years and years.. she is raving about her energy levels and how

her skin is improving.. (she has been on the program longer than I). I don't

know if this will help any of you.. but I thought it might.
