i have just filled out my form and emailed it to dr.r....then i

contacted my insurance only for them to tell me that they very RARELY

cover any type of surgery for the obese..

anyway ...my plan is anthem bluecross/blueshield ppo...the gal on the

other end was quick to inform me that they were different then

texas...nc....ga.... i live in colorado...soooooooooo ...now

what........i guess i need to be prepared to fight it out...any info

that ANYONE can provide to me will be APPRECIATED!! i know i will

need it....THANKYOU!! and btw...congrats to everyone...you

loosers..hahahaha!! mary
