I have a similar problem and I don't use nasal sprays. My nose will

often flush of its own accord, regardless whether my cheeks are

flushed or not. They seem to be disconnected in my case. I've been

taking glucosamine daily and am following Dr. Sy's anti-flushing

Right now my main problem is with the swelling, which is slowly

becoming persistent.
