Guest guest
My 6.5 year old daughter has been having very gritty stools like sand. Brown to green in color and pvery think pasty. We are giving her lots of magnesium (Oxy Powder) to help her have a BM otherwise we have to give enemas and Dulcolax suppositories. We are just starting with SCD because she has been chronically constipated since age 4 and tested + for yeast (treated with Diflucan) She is on probiotics but I am thinking of holding off on this for a while. Why would this be happening? Her other suppliments are: Methyl B12 injections every 72hours Co Q 10 25mg 2x/day Nu Thera vitamins with P5P from Kirkman Labs 3 caps a day Branched Chain Amino acids Acetyl L-Carnitine CitraminII Multi minerals L-Tyrosine Vitamin C 1100mg 2x/day TD DMPS TD NAC Colostrum Gold Ultra Omega Liquid by Nordic Naturals (EPA 813mg, DHA 563mg, Omega 3 225mg) Thanks, Tina (mom to Dana 6.5 autism, constipation, new to SCD)
