I can't really say what is causing your abdominal pain. It may be

totally unrelated to your hypoglycemia or it may not. What concerns

me is that they are writing this off as a " panic attack " . I think you

may be experiencing runs of SVT-- supraventricular tachycardia...in

lymans terms... a fast heart rate, but caused from a electrical

problem in the heart. I say that because alot of your symptoms fit,

the dizziness,heart pounding.. sometimes this is also caused from a

thyroid problem. I know you don't have insurance, but a GOOD PCP

would check these..with your symptoms. As far as the pain..I don't

know, probably not cardiac, maybe gastritis?????? In that case the

Prevacid or whatever you are taking should help. If you want more
