Dear Debbie,

I am in Florida. Florida is WAY far away from North Carolina

last time I checked...LOL. Looks like you would be closer than me

even....wow. I know there are many different Cigna's as there are

many different BCBS's. Best of luck to you, sweety. I just don't

understand insurance companies. You pay the premiums, never use the

stuff and when you need them they say, " SORRY " for one reason or the

other. Why don't you use that bit of logic in your next letter?

Someone HAS to take mercy on your case.
