Guest guest
Adam, Good Luck with tappering off with the Zoloft. I am also taking it and have tried stopping it and to no avail had terrible mood swings. Please let me know if you are able to stop the Zoloft and how your skin has done. Guest guest
I think you're onto something here. Last Friday I looked up a pill I was taking, Meridia (another SSRI), and found it to cause flushing. I stopped taking it immediately and have only flushed once (very minor, too) since then. Until then it was several times a day. I also looked up pictures of myself from before I started taking Meridia six months ago, and my skin was fairly clear and I had no papules/pustules. I'm going to continue my strict no dairy/no wheat diet and will not take Meridia again, and I'll let everyone know what happens. - Laurie

Guest guest
If I could just say if the SSRI is helping in other parts of your life, there are several different ones on the market. While you may have reactions to one you may not to another. I couldn't take Zoloft but have no problem with Celexa. > I think you're onto something here. Guest guest
Hi Adam, I have had cea for a couple of years now. A couple of months ago I gave in to the fact that I was depressed, and talked to my doctor about possible treatments. I've been taking Zoloft (100mg) ever since. It has in no way worsened my condition. Just my $0.02 Stuart > > Hello everyone, > > Interesting development at the dermatologist's office the other day: > > After telling the derm that I am on zoloft, he informed that he has > seen a lot of people develop skin problems from taking zoloft and > prozac and other SSRI's.
