How do you take activated charcoal????YUCK!

Hi to all who can help,

How do you guys take this activated charcoal...as an adult it sounds just

horrible...how do you get a kid to do it? Is it gross...is it safe? Came to

conclusion that most of our problems even with goat yogurt is die off reactions.

We need help...can't get over this 25 day HUMP! Will be taking it even slower

with yogurt (took 1 Tablespoon full.....now being told that we took to much (not

taking heed to Elaine's suggestions) hoping to be different...I guess. Will

only try 1/8 teaspoon next time...horrible experience just horrible die off

reaction...unless it is some how revealed to be related to goat protein

sensitivity. Still trying to figure out the differences.......

Where do you buy the activated charcoal capsules????? Will look into this

now...didn't know they came in capsules, sounds more do

able.

This works, and it isn't mean, even if it sounds mean. My 5 yr old asd son

takes a handful of supplements, and 3 kinds of powdered food enzymes. I just

started giving him activated charcoal. It comes it big capsules.

I break it open..........,
