I too have BC/BS of AL and am waiting on ins. approval. Just as soon as

my hubby gets home from work I will send you the phone number. If no one

else has already done it first. LOL He should be home around 8:30am (1 hour

away).

I do know that I have some further info they are requesting and hope that

Dr. R's office gets it to them ASAP, or lets me know what I need to send them.

Good luck and keep me posted on your approval and soon to be surgery
