spraying water on face to keep cool

Hi group, Those of you who use a spray bottle with water to keep

cool, my question is do you use a water proof sunblock on your

face, and which water proof sunblocks would you recommend. I

use Cliniques City Block, but when I spray water on my face it

becomes all streaky. Thanks. MB
