Guest guest Posted May 15, 2002 Report Share Posted May 15, 2002 In reading the package insert for clonidine I came across the following: " Amitriptyline in combination with clonidine enhances the manifestation of corneal lesions in rats. " It also mentions dose-related retinal degeneration in animal studies. Even though these do not involve people, people taking these might want to keep an eye on their eyes.
