I did a lot of research on both subject because I'm not really too familiar with my condition. I read some articles about all the triggering factors for rosacea which includes sun exposure. However, I also read an article that indicated sun exposure is helpful for sebderm sufferers. I don't know which way to go. Any feedback and suggestions will greatly appreciated. THANKS.....
