flushing when rising early

Since I was a " time of day " flusher and it was related

to food allergies (not my work environment or body

temperature), I wonder if some people are flushing

every night during their sleep because they're

reacting to something they ate/drank/took, or were

exposed to during the afternoon/evening hours. Then,

when their sleep pattern is interrupted, they notice

the flushing...
